Eric M. Soehnlein is a trial lawyer. He has successfully represented clients in federal criminal prosecutions, state criminal prosecutions, regulatory enforcement actions brought by federal and state regulatory bodies, and complex business disputes. He has litigated against the Department of Justice, various United States Attorney’s Offices, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Office of the New York State Attorney General, various District Attorney’s Offices, several state licensing authorities, and large law firms. He has won numerous awards. His reputation is hard earned among the legal community.

Mr. Soehnlein is an honors graduate of Columbia University Law School, where he was an editor of an academic journal and a moot court champion. He was a summa cum laude graduate of Canisius College, where he was inducted into several academic honor societies and selected as the student commencement speaker. In the past, he has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Buffalo Law School and at Canisius University.

Before founding his own firm, Mr. Soehnlein was a partner at a prominent regional law firm.
